The 7 Common Mistakes in Estate Planning

Many very successful and intelligent people who care very much about their families have never established an estate plan (will or living trust), and many who have, have not designed their plan to effectively protect their family.

Obviously, if you have not established a will or trust, your assets most likely will not go to your loved ones as you would like, they will be subject to the unnecessary costs and delays of probate. And if you have minor children, your children may end up being raised by someone you would not choose.

If you have established a will or trust, you and your attorney may not have considered what we believe is the most important part of estate planning – protecting the surviving spouse and your children from divorce claims and lawsuits.

Our Free Report will reveal the 7 Common Mistakes in Estate Planning and tell you how to avoid them. If you are a California resident and have a will or trust or are considering establishing one, this report is required reading.
